Agave Hiking Staff

This agave hiking stick takes the motto “natural is best” to heart. Most people are familiar with agave to make tequila, but never realize those plants create a 7 year old shoot that is not used in the tequila process. This art piece takes an unused part of the plant and creates utility straight from nature. Each staff is hand created from one agave shoot and then smoothed to exemplify it natural beauty. A light coat of lacquer is added to increase the life of the walking staff and add a slight sheen. Each one comes with a leather strap, rubber tip, and compass. Length is about 55″, but can be shortened if needed. Love your trails!
