Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. No returns accepted after 30 days. You must email a return request to customerservice@canewalk.com. Returns must be in brand new condition and not show any signs of use. Customer is also responsible for return shipping if cost of item refund is requested. No refund will be made until all merchandise is received by Cane Walk. Refunds will be returned to the original method of purchase.
